Coronavirus (Covid-19) – services update

From all of us at HAF International our hearts and best wishes go out to all of those affected by COVID-19. Our utmost priorities, like everybody else’s, are to make sure that our teams, their families, friends, and all of our customers and suppliers stay as safe as possible during these unsettling and challenging times.
Following the government’s announcement on 4th January concerning a new ‘lockdown’ and, having already implemented safety measures within our premises including ‘social distancing’ zonal markings and hygiene procedures, we remain confident that we can provide a service to our customers whilst maintaining the safety of our team members so we continue to be ‘open for business’ to serve the construction industry.
As our sales and administration teams are mostly working from home, email contact is suggested and your enquiry shall be dealt with as quickly as possible. We are of course reliant on our suppliers for receiving goods and they are all operational but with delays to their supply. So we continue to ask for patience from our customers during these unprecedented times as ‘usual’ routines may take longer to perform and despatches may be delayed for the foreseeable future. We shall do everything to keep these to a minimum and assure you of our best intentions throughout these difficult times for all.
Our office in Hoddesdon remains closed whilst we are working from home. We shall be constantly monitoring the situation based on government advice and shall update our website as and when (if) things change.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our staff, customers, and suppliers for their continued support during these unsettling times.
Please make sure you follow the instructions from the government, take care of yourselves and your loved ones over the coming weeks and months. We look forward to seeing you all in the near future.
